Will Hollier is the President of Hollier & Associates. Hollier & Associates provides legislative and regulatory counseling, traditional lobbying advocacy, grassroots, and political consulting services regarding matters before the Congress and Executive Branch.
With over 30 years of legislative and political experience in both chambers of Congress, Hollier provides clients with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He brings expertise in both House and Senate procedures and a wide range of public policy issues gained from his work as a senior legislative staff and management of several Congressional campaigns. Hollier helps clients understand and navigate the legislative and regulatory process in Washington, D.C., as efficiently and as effectively as possible.
Prior to Hollier & Associates, Hollier served as Chief of Staff and Legislative Director to Senator Mike Crapo of Idaho. His experience as a senior legislative and political strategist for the Senator provided the opportunity to work with many of the top decision-makers in Washington. Hollier served as the primary liaison to the Senator’s Senate Banking, House and Urban Affairs Committee, Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee, and Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
Hollier served as Campaign Manager for Senator Crapo’s 1998 United States Senate Campaign and 1996 Congressional reelection campaign. He also served on the staff of Rep. Stan Parris of Virginia, and Rep. Ron Packard of California.
A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Hollier received a Master’s degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Louisiana Lafayette.
